Is it safe to shop from ohpersonal.com?

The Orders that you place are completely safe and discreet. We take complete care that your package does not have any visible branding of ohpersonal.com nor there is any mention of the products ordered on the Package!

Can I pick up my order instead of home delivery?

We have a Customer Self Pickup arrangement with Aramex in select cities. When you place an order, you can select the Customer Self Pickup option in the shipping details. You may insert your PIN code to check whether your PIN code is serviced with this unique form of ecommerce delivery. You may also have options to select the exact delivery pick up point within your city. When the shipment will reach the destination, you will get a call for pick up.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer Discounts in various formats - Discounts on the products and also coupon codes periodically. Also we have product related offers on for latest offers & coupon codes. To remain updated with our latest offers and coupon codes, you can either subscribe to our newsletter or register with us.

I forgot to add a coupon code to my order?

If the order is not shipped, then you can contact our customer care team and get the order cancelled. We will create a new order and apply the coupon code and confirm your order. You can contact us on: Email - customercare@ohpersonal.com or WhatsApp on +91 7827952919

Can I order via COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Yes, we have Cash on Delivery on majority of our pin codes. You can check COD availability . Yet you can always check on the product page by entering your pincode before ordering.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

Once the order is placed you will get a confirmation on SMS and Email. There are different stages where you will get an update like:
a. Order Placed
b. Order Shipped
c. Order Out for Delivery
d. Order Delivered

Can I modify/cancel the order after it is placed?

You can always modify or cancel the order if it is not shipped yet. To modify or cancel your order, you can either mail the customer care team on: customercare@ohpersonal.com or you can even Contact us on 7827952919 or WhatsApp us on: +91-7827952919. Once the order is shipped, you will not be able to amend the order.

How can I see my order history?

You must be a Registered User to access the complete Order History. Once you are registered and placed an order on the website, you can check the status of every order from My Account -> My Orders panel.

How do I check the status of my order / track my order?

For your convenience, we have embedded “Track My Order” on the top right corner of the screen from desktop and on bottom of the page for mobile. So no matter on which page of the website you are, you will have the access for using it. When you click on “Track My Order”, you will be asked for Email Id from which the order was placed and the Order Number which you would have received via SMS and Email.

Will the product name be displayed on the Order Package?

No. As part of our Discreet policy and Pravacy Policy, we will not be displaying the product name on the Order Package. Even the delivery boy would not be aware of the products inside the package. The products are shipped in tamper proof packaging. Until anyone opens the package, they won’t know what is inside or where has it come from.

Will ohpersonal name be displayed on the Order Package?

No. As part of our Discreet policy and Pravacy Policy, we will not be displaying the Ohpersonal name anywhere on the Order Package. The shipment will be sent under our company name - KJS International Pvt. Ltd.

Will ohpersonal name be displayed on my bank statement or my Credit Card Bill?

No. As part of our Discreet policy and Pravacy Policy, Ohpersonal name will not be displayed on your bank statement or my Credit Card Bill. The payment will be display against our company name - KJS International Pvt. Ltd.
